We put a lot of love and care into managing our customer orders and we can't wait for you to receive your purchases from little human home. Please read through the following information carefully before placing your order.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY COSTS?

$10 flat rate for shipping Australia wide (excluding heavy or bulky items).

FREE SHIPPING for orders $150 and above (excluding heavy or bulky items) Australia wide.

$19 Express Post option available for speedy delivery within Australia.

  

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders (excluding gift registry) will be shipped within two business days (excluding public holidays) from day of order.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES?

Standard national delivery is 2-7 business days from date of dispatch. Regional areas will take longer.

Express delivery is 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch for all metropolitan areas (except Perth) and 2-6 days for outer suburbs, and all of Western Australia and Northern Territory.

 

WILL MY PACKAGES HAVE TO BE SIGNED FOR OR CAN I GIVE AUTHORITY TO LEAVE?

All our deliveries require signature upon delivery.  You can authorise for your packages to be left at your delivery address by providing special delivery instructions, including where the package should be left, in the specified area of the shipping section when placing your order.  If you choose to have your packages left unsigned, please note you do so at your own risk and we cannot accept claims for loss or damage in these circumstances.

 

CAN YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES AND PARCEL LOCKERS?

Yes we deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.  Please ensure your PO Box or Parcel Locker can accomodate the size of the package you are purchasing.

 

WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?

It is important to ensure you enter the correct shipping address as we do not take responsibility for delivery addresses that have been entered incorrectly or with insufficient information. We will replace or refund a parcel if it has been incorrectly addressed by us.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

At little human home we want you to love your purchases and with this in mind, we offer the following returns policy.

  • The product must be returned unused in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.  Please contact us through our Contact Us page to notify us of your intention to return and to get our return address.
  • All returned products must not be dissembled or modified in any way.
  • We will not accept a return if the packaging or product is damaged or marked.
  • Please include a copy of the tax invoice or order confirmation email with your return.
  • The refund amount will not include the shipping charge (unless the item is faulty).
  • We recommend that you carefully repackage your item to avoid any damage during transit.
  • We also recommend using express post or registered post to track your item as we will not accept any responsibility for items lost in transit.
